I've been in a major funk since September 2010. The funk has ebbed and flowed. Things seem better and then they're bad again. I'm getting better at admitting when things are bad. When will things be consistently good?

Ben's Birthday

Today is my brother's birthday.  He is in Michigan and I am in California.  I'm not sure when I'll get to be with my brother on his birthday again.  On Tuesday this was a very depressing thought.  But I sent him a gift and I called today and sang Happy Birthday.  And then I took a really long nap.  He called to say hi.  I'm glad he did.
